A Fallen World...what happens to it?

A world will still exist if it falls to the Hollows. They are not darkness and will not swallow/destroy the world. But they will PURGE it. Purge it of the darkness and the light. Only people of true neutrality will survive. Some worlds their would be more people who survived then others.

Traverse Town - It has been steeped in darkness a very long time, and the heartless amounts have been increasing of late. But some are still neutral. I would imagine most of the world will be gone...

Radiant Garden - Darkness and Light have found their way here. But some are still neutral.

I personally imagine a 'hollow' world, the pun not intended. A world that is a husk of what it was, stripped nearly of the life on it. For all light and darkness gone. A washed grey world nearly..

But that is just me.

What are your guys thoughts? What would a world that fell to the Hollows be like?

I agree with you on the 'washed grey' bit, because a world with neither light nor darkness would be grey, wouldn't it? My question is, will the dark/light people vanish completely, or will they become 'hollow'? A washed out version of what they used to be, along with the world? Basically, I'm picturing mindless zombie-types here. They would completely lack personality, and friends, like Gepetto for instance, would kind of forget we even existed. They wouldn't help nor hinder us, because they'd pretty much ignore everything around them. And now I'm blabbering. I'm sure everyone else's ideas are better! biggrin

I don't know what would happen to the dark light people, would think as their wanting to turn a world neutral all those who are not would be turned into achual hollows. Cause the twilight is not nice in this, their going after light and darkness to destroy it. Trying to balance everything manually?

Well, if nothing else, most fallen worlds would most likely have more animal life than humanoid life - animals are, after all, essentially neutral. Any sentient life that has the ability to chose their path would be affected by their world falling to the Hollows. I... don't really think we'd be dealing with zombies here. >_O I'm imagining something more along the lines of Dusks, only without the Dark Alliance that comes with that. The people, very much like their worlds will be faded husks - everything will be muted, as if viewing the world through foggy glass. Emotions will be weaker, and those who have them at all will be slower to anger, to laugh, to cry, etc. Think pod-people, if you will. Only not so much with the hive mentality.

There's also the option of those who are either Light or Dark in path just simply disappearing - since they do not belong to the Twilight, those worlds who have been turned thusly would have no place for such inhabitants. This would leave many worlds empty, desolate and grey in more ways than one. The worlds where the people had more definite alliances/paths would be harder hit, obviously.
